The Atii! Gameshow was developed by Becky Kilabuk, Youth Coordinator at the Qikiqtani Inuit Association. We have worked with Becky to develop a version of the Atii! Gameshow that focuses on promoting Inuit foods, Inuit games, activity and nutritious store-bought food choices. The team-style game incorporates trivia, physical challenges, races and a lot of group cheering and fun. The intervention is piloted in 2 Nunavut communities: Iqaluit and Arviat.

This project is a joint effort of the Qaujigiartiit Health Research Centre, Nunavut Tunngavik Inc., and the Qikiqtani Inuit Association.
This project is funded under the Public Health Agency of Canada's Innovation Strategy.
We are launching an English/Inuktitut iPad app version of the game in 2015 with our friends at Pinnguaq.
