This project is the result of collaboration between the Qaujigiartiit Health Research Centre and the Institute for Circumpolar Health Research in Yellowknife, NT. This project applies arts- and drama-based activities into an intervention that aims to promote positive sexual health and relationships among northern youth. The youth will identify critical issues in sexual health and design skits/performance pieces that express their feelings on the topic. Through this project youth will learn about treatrical performance (NWT), Inuit performance (NU), healthy sexual relationships, and build confidence in themselves and their abilities in a supportive and culturally ersponsive environment.

The project is funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
